Report any issue to supervisor timely.\nEnsure accuracy and timely payment of Account payable invoices and customers’ refunds as instructed.\nReviews discrepancies in data received, requests clarification or advises supervisor of issues related to data and performs data verification routines in accordance with company procedures.\nInteract with departmental and/or other staff on matters affecting data and makes recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes to ensure standards in data entry, collection, and retrieval.\nPerform quality work within deadlines.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nBachelor’s degree in accounting/Graduate or above qualification.\nThis is a summary of the primary accountabilities and requirements for this position.
