Business Development & Strategic Partnerships\nIdentify, engage, and negotiate with potential partners, merchants, and brands for onboarding onto the MOVA platform.\n\nDevelop and execute strategies to increase membership adoption and merchant participation.\n\nBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners to support sustainable growth.\n\nConduct market research and analyse competitor activities, trends, and customer insights to inform business strategies.\n\n2. Road Booths & Promotional Activities\nPlan, organise, and execute road booths, roadshows, events, and on-ground marketing activities.\n\nBrief, train, and supervise booth staff to ensure professional brand representation.\n\nMonitor and track booth performance, including sign-ups, engagement, and lead generation.\n\nPrepare post-event reports covering performance metrics, customer feedback, and improvement recommendations.\n\nEnsure consistent and proper use of MOVA branding, materials, and promotional merchandise.\n\n3. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination\nLead, guide, and support business development teams and promoters.\n\nCollaborate closely with internal departments to ensure aligned execution of initiatives.\n\nProvide regular progress updates, reports, and KPI tracking to Management.\n\nAssist customers with enquiries, order placements, feedback, and complaints during campaigns or activations.\n\nMaintain accurate records of customer and partner interactions in internal systems.\n\nCoordinate with internal teams to resolve service or product-related issues efficiently.\n\nUphold MOVA’s brand image through professional, confident, and empathetic communication.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager or Management from time to time.\n\nRequirements & Qualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.\n\nFresh graduates or candidates with 1-3 years of working experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or marketing.
