Experienced local Chinese team, familiar with both Chinese and Malaysian market rules, flat management and friendly working atmosphere\nKey Responsibilities\nMerchant & Channel Operations\nCooperate with official e-commerce platforms, local merchants and cross-border Chinese sellers in Malaysia to expand partnership resources\n\nNegotiate cashback commission rates and exclusive coupon benefits.\n\nMaintain long-term merchant relationships, manage platform product libraries and cashback commission links.\n\nTimely investigate and solve abnormal commission settlement, invalid links and product off-shelf issues to ensure the stable operation of MOVA’s cashback system.\n\nLocalised Marketing & Campaign Planning\nDesign and launch customised cashback marketing campaigns based on Malaysia major shopping festivals (9.9, 11.11, 12.12), local national festivals and Chinese traditional festivals.\n\nDevelop complete campaign plans, schedule arrangements and incentive strategies for cashback increment, exclusive coupons and affiliate promotion.\n\nCooperate with social media channels, KOL/KOC and user communities for promotion to boost platform registration, UV traffic and transaction volume.\n\nC-End User & Affiliate System Operations\nManage MOVA user communities (mainly Malaysian Chinese users)\n\nRespond to daily user inquiries including cashback delay, order tracking, commission consultation and account-related issues.\n\nMaintain and manage the affiliate promoter team, formulate reasonable promotion incentive policies and provide professional operation training for promoters.\n\nMonitor core user data including registration rate, activity rate, order conversion rate, cashback verification rate and affiliate fission data to continuously improve user growth and transaction volume.\n\nTraffic & Content Operations\nOptimise and audit social media content and materials for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok Malaysia.\n\nIndependently complete paid traffic placement, guide high-quality traffic to MOVA platform, and monitor core indicators such as CAC, ROI and user retention rate.\n\nOptimise shopping guide copywriting and content style to fit the consumption habits of local Malaysian Chinese users.\n\nData Analysis & Compliance Management\nPrepare daily, weekly and monthly business data reports covering GMV, commission revenue, user growth, campaign performance and channel quality.\n\nAnalyse conversion bottlenecks, iterate marketing activities and platform operation rules dynamically.\n\nFamiliar with Malaysia e-commerce and cashback affiliate compliance policies, effectively avoid risks such as commission cheating, fake orders and illegal promotion.\n\nTimely synchronise the latest platform rule updates and adjust MOVA’s operation strategies accordingly.\n\nCross-Department Collaboration\nCollaborate with internal product and technical teams to feedback system bugs and functional optimisation demands.\n\nCommunicate externally with e-commerce platform officials, merchants and local service providers.\n\nAlign work progress with domestic Chinese teams in bilingual mode to ensure efficient and smooth business operation.\n\nRequirements & Qualifications\nBachelor/College degree or above, with 1-3 years of working experience in Malaysia local e-commerce, cashback, shopping guide or affiliate distribution industry.\n\nFamiliar with the operation rules of Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop Malaysia.\n\nCandidates with cashback platform and CPS affiliate operation experience are highly preferred; with local community or KOL resources is a plus.\n\nLanguage: Fluent in Mandarin (native Chinese preferred); proficient in business English for reading platform agreements and communicating with local Malaysian partners; basic Malay language ability is a bonus.\n\nProficient in Excel for data statistics, pivot analysis and business review. In-depth understanding of CPS commission logic, cashback and affiliate business model. Capable of writing localized social media copy and troubleshooting order & commission link abnormalities.\n\nResult-oriented with strong pressure resistance, able to cope with high-intensity work during major shopping festivals. Excellent communication skills to handle user complaints and merchant disputes.
