platform featuring intelligent digital characters capable of natural conversations and context-aware behavioral responses.\n\nWe are looking for an engineer experienced in real-time AI systems, conversational agents, multimodal interaction, and event-driven architectures.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nDesign and implement real-time AI interaction pipelines.\n\nIntegrate speech-to-speech, speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS), and low-latency conversational AI services.\n\nBuild AI agents capable of understanding user intent and triggering structured actions.\n\nDevelop character behavior logic using state machines, rules, and LLM orchestration.\n\nConnect conversational AI with external 3D animation and simulation engines.\n\nImplement configurable character profiles, memory, and interaction scenarios.\n\nBuild backend services, APIs, and interaction logging.\n\nEvaluate third-party AI services and SDKs to accelerate prototyping.\n\nCollaborate with 3D developers to establish reliable communication between AI systems and interactive characters.\nRequired Experience\n\nStrong experience with Python or TypeScript / Node.js.\n\nHands-on experience integrating LLM APIs into production applications.\n\nFamiliarity with streaming APIs, WebRTC, WebSockets, and event-driven systems.\n\nExperience with AI agent frameworks, function calling, and structured outputs.\n\nUnderstanding of state management and conversational context.\n\nExperience with cloud infrastructure, databases, and backend development.\n\nAbility to design scalable architectures and deliver working prototypes within defined timelines.\nNice to Have\n\nExperience with OpenAI Realtime API, LiveKit, ElevenLabs, or Azure Speech.\n\nFamiliarity with Convai, Inworld AI, or
