This role partners closely with Sales, Business Analysts, and regional teams to support forecasting, replenishment, product launches, and reporting, while ensuring data accuracy across systems and tools.Demand Planning & Replenishment\nDevelop and propose replenishment plans to Sales teams and customers to optimize product availability and stock levels.\nPerform forecast analysis and upload demand data into planning systems.\nMonitor ABC classification changes to ensure key SKUs remain active and adequately supported.\nCategorize SKUs based on strategic importance, sales performance, and lifecycle, including calendaring of new products.\nSales Operations & Performance Analysis\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance sell-in, sell-out, and profitability reporting tools for internal stakeholders and management.\nDefine, monitor, and analyze customer-level KPIs to track business and inventory performance.\nConduct sales operations and inventory performance analysis to support commercial decision-making.\nPrepare and distribute weekly Sales and OOR (Order on Request) reports for management review.\nCollect, clean, consolidate, and report weekly sell-out data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance.\nProduct Launch Support\nSupport product launch preparation, including assortment definition and launch timing.\nDefine launch quantities and phasing in collaboration with Business Analysts and Sales teams, ensuring alignment with budgets and commercial objectives.\nData, Systems & Master Data Management\nUpdate and maintain product catalogs within the B2B portal.\nMaintain the Customer Master database, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nCollaborate with regional teams to define customer assortments aligned with brand strategy and market needs.\nAct as a key analytical partner to Sales and Commercial teams by providing insights and recommendations.\nKey Success Factors\nImproved product availability and inventory efficiency.\nAccurate and timely forecasting and reporting.\nStrong partnership with Sales, Business Analysts, and regional teams.\nReliable data integrity across systems and customer-facing tools.\nExperience\nPrevious experience as a Demand Planner or in a similar planning, supply chain, or sales operations role.\nProven experience managing and analyzing commercial indicators such as OTB (Open to Buy), Sell-In, and Sell-Out.\nExperience working with retailer portals, preferably including Liverpool, Palacio de Hierro, and Sears.\nAdvance English level.\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong analytical and reporting skills with high attention to detail.\nAbility to translate data into actionable business insights.\nStrong collaboration and communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nHigh level of accuracy and ownership in data management and reporting.\nMovado Group, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
