drive RCA and remediation for production incidents.\nMarketing & Social Commerce Integrations\nLead technical integrations with email and SMS marketing platforms including Listrak, Klaviyo, and similar tools.\nOversee social commerce integrations: TikTok Shop, Instagram Shopping, Facebook Catalog, and Pinterest Catalogs.\nIntegrate and maintain tax automation platforms (e.g., Avalara, TaxJar, Vertex) with Shopify.\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience\n8+ years of hands-on frontend development experience with at least 5 years specializing in Shopify / Shopify Plus.\nProven experience leading and managing a team of engineers in a direct or tech-lead capacity.\nDeep eCommerce domain expertise: order lifecycle, promotions, catalog management, checkout flows, customer accounts, and fulfillment.\nDemonstrated track record of delivering complex Shopify projects end-to-end in a multi-brand or enterprise environment.\nExperience working in an agile / scrum delivery model with cross-functional teams.\nTechnical Skills\nExpert proficiency in Liquid templating, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).\nStrong hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript for headless / composable Shopify builds.\nDeep expertise with Shopify APIs: Admin REST API, GraphQL Admin API, Storefront API, and Webhooks.\nHands-on experience with Shopify POS configuration, integrations, and unified commerce workflows.\nSolid experience with OMS integration patterns - order creation, fulfillment, returns, and inventory sync via Shopify APIs.\nExperience with Shopify Functions, Checkout Extensions, and Checkout Scripts for custom checkout logic.\nWorking knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and technical SEO fundamentals.\nExperience with social commerce integrations: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.\nSolid understanding of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and cloud hosting (AWS / GCP / Azure).\nStrong command of web performance optimization including Core Web Vitals and CDN configuration.\nUnderstanding of eCommerce security, PCI-DSS compliance, and GDPR / privacy requirements.\nProficiency with version control (Git), code review practices, and branching strategies.\nNice to Have\nExperience with headless commerce frameworks (Hydrogen, Remix, or custom React SSR/SSG).\nExperience with OMS platforms such as Manhattan Associates, Fluent Commerce, IBM Sterling, or Salesforce OMS.\nFamiliarity with A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO) and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.\nShopify Partner Certification or Shopify Plus Certification.\nExperience with Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar middleware/integration platforms for ERP connectivity.\nBackground in luxury retail or multi-brand eCommerce portfolio management.\nLeadership & Soft Skills\nProven ability to lead, inspire, and grow a team of frontend engineers - balancing technical depth with people leadership.\nStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture and delivery plans.\nExcellent verbal and written communication;
