Our people are the cornerstone of business - we invite you to grow your career with us.The Outbound Shipping Supervisor is responsible for leading daily outbound shipping operations to ensure timely, accurate, and service-driven order fulfillment across all distribution channels, including E-Commerce, Domestic, and International. This role partners cross-functionally to maintain operational excellence, meet service level commitments, and support a high-performing shipping team within a fast-paced distribution environment. Reports to the Senior Manager of Shipping Operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nOversee daily release of outbound orders, ensuring alignment with requested ship dates, cancel dates, and established ship windows.\nEnsure all E-Commerce orders are executed in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).\nMonitor workflow to maintain consistent throughput across Domestic and International shipping functions.\nPartner with Transportation on routing and execution of orders requiring special shipping services or carrier accommodations.\nProactively identify and resolve issues that may impact on-time performance or customer satisfaction.\nSupervise and support the Shipping Coordinator and shipping team members.\nProvide day-to-day guidance, troubleshooting support, and operational direction.\nAddress employee inquiries related to PTO, scheduling, and order processing.\nFoster a collaborative, accountable, and results-oriented team environment.\nCollaborate with Distribution, Customer Service, Logistics, and E-Commerce teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.\nEscalate operational risks and service concerns in a timely and solution-oriented manner to the Senior Manager of Shipping Operations.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service performance.\nQualifications\n3-5 years of experience in distribution, warehouse, or shipping operations.\nMinimum 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.\nBachelor’s degree preferred.\nBilingual required.\nWorking knowledge of Domestic and International shipping processes.\nExperience operating in SLA-driven and E-Commerce fulfillment environments.\nKnowledge of SAP a plus.\nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nPhysical & Schedule Requirements\nAbility to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.\nOvertime required based on business needs.\nAbility to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.\nCore Competencies\nOperational Excellence\nAccountability & Ownership\nCustomer Focus\nCollaboration\nAttention to Detail\nDecision-Making & Problem Solving\nThe base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000 per year.
