Our people are the cornerstone of business - we invite you to grow your career with us.The Temporary Customer Operations Representative supports the order fulfillment process by processing customer sales orders, responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and resolving customer and sales-related issues. This role may also support engraving and e-commerce activities, as well as other Distribution Center responsibilities as assigned.\nCore Responsibilities\nCommunicate and coordinate with brands and Sales regarding daily priorities, customer needs, advertising requirements, and cancel dates.\nPartner with the Intercompany Logistics team to resolve product availability issues.\nCoordinate with Distribution to ensure accurate and timely delivery of customer orders, including VAS items and special requirements.\nHandle escalated customer and sales professional issues with professionalism and a high level of customer service.\nProvide customers and internal sales professionals with product and service information, order assistance, and issue resolution.\nManage customer service inquiries through applicable communication channels.\nManage the order fulfillment process from order entry through delivery creation and release to the warehouse.\nSupport order fill rates and on-time, complete delivery expectations.\nAnalyze root causes of order fulfillment and order status issues.\nPerform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.\nSAP Responsibilities\nEnter and maintain sales orders.\nManage incomplete orders.\nRe-price sales orders when corrections are required.\nUpdate cancel dates and requested delivery dates.\nManage delivery blocks.\nMaintain VAS conditions.\nManage inventory allocations and allocation results.\nCreate deliveries.\nProcess pro forma billing.\nSupport export process compliance.\nDevelop a basic understanding of customer master data, including pricing and partner functions.\nDevelop a basic understanding of material master data, including basic and sales views.\nDevelop a basic understanding of batch scheduling for ARUN.\nDevelop a basic understanding of ARUN types and sales-tab settings.\nUnderstand how document dates drive processes and system functionality.Operational Responsibilities\n\nReceive, scan, and track inbound and outbound orders.\nPerform quality-control checks for inbound engraving requests and outbound shipments.\nPrepare watches and materials for engraving.\nOperate engraving software and machinery as needed and troubleshoot basic issues.\nVerify engraving information from Pulse ID.\nEnsure engraving meets accuracy, placement, and quality standards.\nEscalate engraving issues through the designated Slack channel.\nAssist in other areas of Distribution Operations as needed.\nQualifications\nMinimum of two years of customer service or service-related experience in a similar position.\nMust be able to speak English effectively to communicate with customers, sales professionals, and internal business partners.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\nCollege or university degree preferred.\nResults-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.\nStrong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.\nHigh degree of customer focus.\nAbility to build positive team and business relationships.\nDemonstrated integrity and sound ethical judgment.\nIntermediate Microsoft Outlook skills.\nAbility to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.\nSelf-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.\nFlexibility to work extended hours, evenings, or weekends as business needs require.\nSAP experience preferred.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to perform repetitive tasks and sit or stand for extended periods.\nAbility to bend and squat.\nAbility to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.\nAbility to work safely in a warehouse and Distribution Center environment.\nThe hourly range for this position is from $18.00 to $20.00.\nDIRECT APPLICANTS ONLY - NO AGENCIES\nMovado Group, Inc. designs, sources, and distributes MOVADO®, MVMT®, OLIVIA BURTON®, EBEL®, CONCORD®, COACH®, TOMMY HILFIGER®, HUGO BOSS®, LACOSTE®, and CALVIN KLEIN® watches worldwide, and operatesMovado company stores in the United States.\nMovado Group, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
