Our people are the cornerstone of business - we invite you to grow your career with us.The VAS Pre-pack Clerk is responsible for all details involved in the preparation and packing of orders based on customer guidelines.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPre-pack, label customer orders in accordance with SOPs and customer Value Added Services guidelines.\nPerform 9-point quality inspections on every order processed at the pre-pack table; document and escalate any discrepancies.\nComplete product serialization tasks and maintain accurate traceability records.\nPerform Quality Control at the front-end area on bulk and multiple tote orders on a rotating schedule and communicate errors directly with management.\nPerform Valus added services in Olivia Burton, including assembling gift boxes\nAssist in special projects and provide support in various departments and functions as required by the business\nMeet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy KPIs; actively suggest process improvements and waste-reduction initiatives.\nParticipate in cycle counts and the year-end physical inventory\nMaintain a clean, organized, and ergonomic workspace; follow company safety requirements.\nRequirements:\nPosition requires standing, bending, squatting, lifting/ pushing/ pulling up to approximately 50lbs.\nPosition requires prolonged sitting and use of both hands while packing watches into corresponding gift boxes\nAbility to work additional hours when required is a MUST (evenings and weekends if necessary)\nSAP knowledge a plus\nKnowledge of MGI brands /product lines a plus\nOrganized and detail-oriented with a high focus on accuracy and quality\nHigh energy and a strong work ethic\nMust have a positive can-do attitude and a team player mindset\nData entry experience helpful\nSense of urgency a must\nAbility and willingness to assist other departments as required by the business\nAdaptable and eager to learn new tasks, with the ability to be cross trained across multiple warehouse functions\nProficient in reading, writing, and comprehending English\nThe hourly range for this position is from $16.50 to $17.50.\nThe hourly rate is determined by individualized factors such as experience and market location.\nAs a benefit eligible position, this role enjoys access to our medical plans, dental plans, vision plan, Life Insurance, Accidental Dismemberment & Death Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement program, 401(k), Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Parental Leave, Legal Plan, Employee Assistance Program, Pet Insurance, Flexible Spending Account, Critical Illness Insurance, Watch Accommodations/Discounts, Paid Time Off and Company Paid Holidays!\nDIRECT APPLICANTS ONLY - NO AGENCIES\nMovado Group, Inc. designs, sources, and distributes MOVADO®, MVMT®, OLIVIA BURTON®, EBEL®, CONCORD®, COACH®, TOMMY HILFIGER®, HUGO BOSS®, LACOSTE®, and CALVIN KLEIN® watches worldwide, and operates Movado company stores in the United States.\nMovado Group, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
