visualizations and reports that are easy for non-technical audiences to understand.\n\n What We’re Looking For\n±2 year of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Reporting Analyst.\n\nSolid understanding of SQL (basic to intermediate) including JOINs, CTEs, aggregations, and date handling.\n\nFamiliar with data warehouses such as BigQuery, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.\n\nHands-on experience with cohort analysis and funnel analysis.\n\nProficient in Python for data analysis (pandas and basic data manipulation).\n\nExperience using BI tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau.\n\nStrong skills in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, basic analysis).\n\nGood understanding of key business metrics (active users, GMV, conversion rate, retention).\n\nAble to communicate insights clearly and confidently to non-technical
