If you are passionate about building scalable, high-performance backend systems, solving complex technical challenges, and working with modern technologies in a collaborative environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nServe as a key contributor to the core engineering team, focusing on backend development and continuous enhancement of the SaaS technology platform.\nTake end-to-end ownership of core microservices, including architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.\nLead the backend development of new features and enhancements, ensuring scalability, reliability, and high performance.\nCollaborate closely with Product Managers, frontend engineers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.\nDesign, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure backend services and APIs.\nWrite clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-tested code following software engineering best practices.\nParticipate actively in an Agile, delivery-focused development environment, contributing to sprint planning, code reviews, estimation, and timely delivery.\nIdentify and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issues across backend systems.\nContribute to technical architecture and design decisions for new and existing backend components.\nSupport smooth deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production stability of backend services.\nPromote engineering best practices through code reviews, documentation, automation, and continuous improvement.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\nMinimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in backend development, building scalable and production-grade applications.\nStrong programming expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, and Python. Mandatory\nProven hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining microservices-based architectures. Mandatory\nStrong experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS; experience with GCP or Azure is also relevant.\nGood working knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, particularly PostgreSQL and DynamoDB.\nHands-on experience with messaging, queueing, and streaming technologies such as Redis Streams, AWS SQS, RabbitMQ, and Kafka.\nExperience working on data-intensive products and applications, with a strong understanding of data-driven application development.\nFamiliarity with telephony systems, voice technologies, and communication protocols such as SIP and WebRTC. Preferred / Advantage\nExperience working with monorepo architecture and managing shared codebases across multiple services.
