For us, purpose and people have always come before profit.\nResponsibilities:\nMake high-volume outbound calls, texts, and emails to recruiting prospects\nBuild rapport and create genuine connections with loan officer candidates\nConduct qualification conversations to assess candidate fit and readiness\nSchedule discovery appointments with Market Leaders\nPrepare candidates with context and expectations before appointments\nTrack all activities in CRM system (MORE) with 100% accuracy\nPartner closely with Market Leaders for smooth handoffs\nConsistent execution and proactive approach to pipeline development\nAttention to detail in all candidate tracking and documentation\nAlignment with Market Leaders on candidate quality standards\nProfessional and engaging communication across all channels\nQualifications:\n1-3 years in outbound sales, recruiting, call center, or appointment-setting\nStrong phone presence and communication skills\nCRM experience\nMortgage, real estate, or financial services experience preferred but not required\nGenuinely enjoy outbound calling and persistent follow-up-not just tolerate it, but thrive on it\nCompetitive and goal-driven, motivated by scorecards and performance targets\nStrong organizational skills with process-oriented approach to following playbooks consistently\nHighly coachable and eager to learn from feedback and coaching\nThrive in performance-driven environments where results are visible and rewarded\nUnderstand this is a qualification and appointment-setting role, not a closing role\nExcited to master the craft of prospect qualification and appointment setting\nThe expected salary range for this position is between:\n$66,500.00 - $83,000.00The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences.
