For us, purpose and people have always come before profit.\nWhat You Will Do\nAssess, manage, monitor, and measure our sub-servicer specifically in their default servicing performance\nPlan, implement and execute all required documentation to evidence oversight of sub-servicers\nCommunicate with business units on status and performance of the sub-servicer\nDevelop positive relationships with all internal business units;\nMake recommendations regarding upcoming department needs, issues or deficiency items\nProvide analytic support for Servicing; reviewing operational metrics or developing/maximizing servicing system applications\nProvide data and analytical support for the oversight of Movement’s sub-servicer\nDevelop an in-depth knowledge of process workflows and production of various sub-servicing departments.\nConduct necessary sampling, document/report reviews, reconciliations, on site audits to ensure mortgage loans are serviced in accordance with regulatory and investor requirements.\nAnalyze and evaluate industry, regulatory and performance trends and propose changes where efficiencies could be created\nProduce accurate monthly reporting on assigned areas of focus and ensure consistency and accuracy in data, reporting, and results.\nPrepare monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports pertaining to mortgage activities, including sub-servicer performance\nTrack, monitor and address exception results from assigned reports and alert management of any issues.\nUtilize metrics to drive process and performance improvement.\nAssists the Compliance department with responding to policy or procedural related audit or regulatory inquiries;\nSkills and Attributes\nStrong default servicing experience required (preferably in the area of Loss Mitigation and/or Foreclosure)\nStrong mortgage origination/transfers/servicing knowledge\nStrong skills in Excel, including the ability to utilize the following functions: V-Lookup, formulas, Conditional Formatting, and Pivot Tables\nAvailable to work over-time as requested and required by business need and communicated by your manager.\nCurrent, working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite strongly preferred\n2-3 years of loss mitigation experience and/or foreclosure strongly preferred\nMinimum 1-2 years of mortgage loan administration and/or servicing oversight experience.\n1+ years of experience in operational reporting and performance improvement.\nStrong interpersonal communication and relationship building skills\nTechnologically savvy, with the ability to work in varied systems.\nMust be able to handle multiple tasks and manage workload independently.\nMust be organized, detailed-oriented, and maintain reliable follow-through.\nHigh level of production with attention to detail and accuracy\nHas a strong knowledge and skill set for mortgage lending and operations (preferred)\nGood business acumen and able to take direction\nCapable of creating a vision and achieving results\nUnderstands the “big picture,” but can celebrate small victories\nPassion and true love for problem solving\nAbility to work under pressure\nCan create “buy in” from colleagues and department managers\nStrong “follow-through” on assigned tasks\nProactive, results-oriented and organized\nMaintains a professional demeanor under any circumstances\nMust be able to work with our team in our local Indian Land, SC office 2-3 days per week.\nThe expected salary range for this position is between:\n$54,500.00 - $82,000.00The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences.
