For us, purpose and people have always come before profit.\nHow You'll Contribute\nLearn and apply modern software quality engineering practices across web applications, APIs, and integrated systems.\nDevelop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test coverage.\nPartner with software engineers and product teams to validate new features and identify issues early in the development lifecycle.\nLeverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve testing workflows, productivity, and software quality.\nAssist with API testing, test data creation, and test environment validation.\nInvestigate defects, troubleshoot issues, and help drive resolution.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and collaborative problem solving.\nContinuously experiment with new tools, technologies, and approaches that improve engineering effectiveness.\nWho You Are\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or expected graduation within six months).\nEarly in your career and excited to build a strong engineering foundation.\nNaturally curious and driven to understand how systems work, why they fail, and how they can be improved.\nSomeone who enjoys building, tinkering, troubleshooting, and learning new technologies.\nComfortable working through ambiguity and figuring things out when the answer isn't immediately obvious.\nExcited about AI-assisted software development, automation, and emerging engineering tools.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAble to learn quickly through hands-on experience, experimentation, and collaboration.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAble to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nInternship, coursework, personal projects, open-source contributions, hackathons, homelab projects, or other examples of technical curiosity and self-directed learning.\nExposure to Java, JavaScript, Python, C#, or similar programming languages.\nFamiliarity with Git, APIs, SQL, or modern development tools.\nExposure to software testing or automation concepts.\nInterest in using AI to improve software development and quality engineering practices\nThe expected salary range for this position is between:\n$65,000.00 - $85,900.00The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences.
