For us, purpose and people have always come before profit.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelops and maintains successful relationships with business referral sources, including existing and prospective leads to achieve production/sales goals as established by direct manager and the company\nGrows the branch through development of marketing initiatives for all loan officers and retains and expands the company’s base of customers\nDevelops loan officers through training in selling techniques, marketing ideas, lead generation, and closing mortgages\nMeets with borrowers to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process\nAnalyzes borrowers’ financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans\nMaintains current and thorough knowledge of all lending programs, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including company training, continuing education requirements, and federal and state regulations\nQualifications:\n3+ years of Loan Officer experience\nMLO License required\nExcellent time management and organizational skills\nProficient in Microsoft Office and company-specific software\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment\nBachelor’s Degree in related field\n1+ years of experience managing a team\nThe expected salary range for this position is between:\n$0.00 - $0.00The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences.
