In addition, it allows financial advisors to open securities accounts for their clients, to place trading orders and to use analysis, reporting and support tools. Institutional clients are able to outsource their entire fund trading with complementary services to Moventum as part of collective or individual custody account management. A variety of fund services are assumed for asset managers, ranging from registrar and transfer agent services to fund accounting, company administration and domiciliation services.\nThe Right Fit\nAs an IT Application Support Analyst at Officer level, you independently ensure the availability, stability and security of our business applications. Your time is split roughly equally between the Olympic core banking system (IBM i, DB2 for i) and the satellite applications developed in-house on web, application server and Microsoft SQL Server layers. Working within an ITIL-aligned support model, you own incidents from first contact through to root-cause analysis and act as the technical point of contact between users, IT, project teams and vendors. This is a support and analysis role rather than a software development role.\nYour Responsibilities:\nEnsure the availability and performance of Olympic and the in-house applications, monitor end-of-day and batch processing, and respond promptly to alerts, outages, failed jobs, errors and delays.\nRun standard operating procedures, batch jobs and scheduled tasks, including Olympic month-end and year-end processing.\nMonitor, review and record application, IBM i job, web server and database logs, and identify, diagnose and fix errors, bugs and performance problems.\nOwn incidents, requests and problems at Level 1, 2 and 3 in Jira Service Desk within agreed SLAs, keeping users informed through to closure.\nTrace the root cause of incidents by analysing code, parameters, configuration and data flows between Olympic and satellite systems, using SQL on DB2 for i and SQL Server to investigate discrepancies in transactions, positions and balances.\nLiaise with in-house developers, ERI (the Olympic vendor) and system administrators, escalating with a documented analysis when a code fix is required.\nMaintain Olympic parameters and make small, controlled changes to configuration, scripts and code through the change management process, estimating effort for fixes and enhancements.\nPlan, test and deploy Olympic releases and in-house application updates with minimal disruption, including regression testing and rollback plans, and support new applications and integration projects from an operations perspective.\nWrite and maintain SQL queries and scripts for reports, data extracts and the automation of routine checks.\nProvide application logs, parameter history and user access evidence for internal and external audits, in line with IT security, change management and disaster recovery policies.\nMaintain support documentation, runbooks, user guides and the knowledge base, and train users so they can use applications effectively and resolve simple issues themselves.\nYour Profile:\nExperience & Knowledge\n5+ years of experience in IT application support within the financial services sector, including in-house or custom-built web applications and an ITIL-based support model (incident, problem, change and request management).\nHands-on experience supporting the Olympic Banking System, with a good understanding of its functional areas, application structure, parameterisation, batch and end-of-day processing, and data model (clients, accounts, securities, payments, accounting).\nExperience working with a ticketing tool, preferably Jira Service Desk.\nTechnical Skills & Education\nStrong SQL skills on DB2 for i and Microsoft SQL Server, and solid IBM i (AS/400) operations knowledge, including job and subsystem management, job logs, and message and output queues.\nBroad understanding of how the web server, application server and database layers work together; able to read and follow Java, C#, JavaScript, RPG and CL code; scripting in PowerShell, CL, shell or similar.\nWorking knowledge of HTML, HTML5 and XML, interfaces (file transfers, XML, APIs) and data flows between Olympic and connected systems, Windows and Linux, IIS or other web and application servers, and networking fundamentals.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent professional experience; fluency in English required.\nPersonal Attributes\nAnalytical and structured in root-cause analysis, with high attention to detail and the ability to organise and prioritise under pressure.\nWorks with users and project managers to understand issues and propose practical solutions.\nA clear communicator in English, written and spoken, with technical and non-technical stakeholders, working effectively both independently and as part of a team.\nAdvantageous\nExperience of an Olympic upgrade, migration or implementation project, and of Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).\nKnowledge of SWIFT messaging (MT and ISO 20022) and of fund distribution, securities or private banking operations.\nITIL Foundation or other relevant industry certification; French or German in addition to English.\nWhat We Offer:\nFlat and collaborative culture → your ideas are heard and make a difference.\nOpportunity for real impact → help shape how we work and grow as a company.\nSupportive, cross-functional team → colleagues who are approachable, committed, and work closely together.\nOwnership and visibility → take responsibility, contribute directly, and develop your career.\nInclusive and entrepreneurial environment → work with passionate people who value initiative.\nFlexibility and stability → flexible hours, remote work options, 30 vacation days, and a permanent contract.\nAttractive extras → birthday allowance, lunch vouchers, and additional perks.\nHow to Apply:\nWe believe diverse teams drive innovation and success.
