compelling visual ideas that build brand awareness and spark engagement.\nDevelop concepts, mood boards, storyboards, layouts, and presentation materials that bring creative ideas to life.\nCreate and evolve visual approaches for always-on social content, balancing brand consistency with opportunities to push the creative.\nFind fresh ways for B2B brands to show up on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms through relevant storytelling and platform-native creative.\nPartner with copywriters to ensure visuals and messaging work together to deliver a strong, cohesive idea.\nCollaborate with designers, creators, editors, and production partners, providing clear direction on design, photography, video, and motion.\nPresent creative ideas to internal teams and clients, explaining how the work connects to the brief, audience, and platform.\nTake projects from concept through delivery, incorporating feedback and maintaining craft across multiple assignments.\nQUALIFICATIONS\n3-5 years of experience in art direction or a combination of design and art direction at creative advertising agencies.\nDemonstrated experience creating content and campaigns for B2B brands, with relevant work in your portfolio.\nA strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and execution across social and digital channels.\nExperience translating complex products, services, or technical subjects into accessible, engaging creative.\nStrong design fundamentals, including typography, composition, color, and layout, with an eye for photography, video, and motion.\nUnderstanding of social storytelling formats and how creative should adapt across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with collaborative design tools such as Figma.\nExperience taking projects from concept through delivery and collaborating with copywriters, strategists, and production teams.\nConfidence presenting creative decisions and responding thoughtfully to feedback.\nCan work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and bring curiosity and initiative to a fast-moving team.\nSpread
