Operating across Limassol, Paphos and Athens, the company combines hospitality standards with technology and operational excellence to deliver a seamless living experience for guests and property owners.\nAs we continue to expand, with over 500 units already under management, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Onboarding Manager (Project Manager) to oversee the end-to-end setup of new properties, from initial inspection to operational readiness. You will coordinate furnishing, installations, utilities, logistics, contractors and final setup, ensuring each property is completed on time, within budget and ready for launch.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nOwn the end-to-end onboarding of new properties, from initial inspection to launch readiness.\nCoordinate inspections, Matterport scans, furnishing, installations, cleaning, staging and photoshoots.\nTrack project timelines, milestones and outstanding actions, ensuring properties are ready for launch on schedule.\nFurnishing, Logistics & Utilities:\nCoordinate furniture, appliance and equipment deliveries, installations and movements.\nCoordinate utility activations, internet applications and other required service installations.\nCoordinate property access and lock installations for contractors, suppliers and other authorised parties.\nContractor & Vendor Management:\nCoordinate contractors, suppliers and service providers throughout the onboarding process.\nSource and evaluate new contractors when required and monitor quality, timelines and delivery.\nResolve delays or operational issues to keep projects on track.\nBudget & Documentation:\nLiaise with the Design Operations team to validate BOQs, approvals and project requirements.\nMonitor onboarding costs and ensure works remain within approved CAPEX.\nMaintain accurate project documentation, cost tracking and onboarding records.\nProperty Offboarding:\nCoordinate property decommissioning and exits when required.\nCoordinate furniture/appliance recovery, warehouse transfers, inventory updates and utility disconnections.\nRequirements\nExperience in property operations, project coordination, hospitality, logistics, furnishing/fit-out or a related field\nStrong organizational and project management skills\nExcellent communication skills in Greek and English\nExperience coordinating contractors, suppliers and multiple stakeholders\nExperience with budgets, BOQs and cost tracking\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\n Hands-on approach and willingness to conduct regular site visits.\nGood knowledge of Google Workspace\nAbility to manage multiple contractors and vendors simultaneously\nBudget management and cost control experience\nFamiliarity with project management tools and backend systems\nValid
