Do you have a mix of public and corporate accounting experience and have an interest in the transaction advisory space?\nThe TAS Senior Associate will be responsible for conducting financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions as well as search funds. A successful candidate will communicate effectively with clients, target company management, investment bankers, and other client advisors on a transaction.
