Our nurse entrepreneurs need to acquire supplies in order to serve their clients and rely on us to manage the operations of ordering and fulfillment behind the scenes.\nIn this role, your primary responsibility will be to manage our supplies operations and fulfillment process including:\nRegister new accounts eligible to use our supplies platform\n\nMonitor our platform for incoming orders and payments\n\nWhen an order is received through our platform, place that order with the appropriate supplier\n\nDaily reconciliations between our platform orders and the supplier orders\n\nOccasional customer service via email to ensure lost or incorrectly placed orders are identified and resolved\n\nEscalate any serious issues to your manager\n\nIdentify and recommend opportunities to improve the process\n\nAdditional ad hoc responsibilities as requested by your manager or the product and engineering team including activities such as manual testing of new product features and data entry.\n\nWe’re looking for candidates who:\nHave experience working with US customers in a similar role (e.g., e-commerce store management).\n\nExperience working with Shopify (and the likes of it).\n\nExperience with basic data analysis tools like Microsoft Excel.\n\nAre willing to work US hours (as late as 8am-4pm ET on weekdays).\n\nBoast strong written and verbal English skills.\n\nExhibit high attention to detail and reliability.\n\nCan execute tasks efficiently and effectively.\n\nAdditional requirements:\nReliable internet connection (>10mbps).\n\nQuiet working environment.\n\nProficiency in English.\n\nBonus if:\nYou have previously worked in a healthcare/beauty/wellness business.\n\nYou have experience with project management tools like Asana or Trello.\n\nExperience with QA (Quality Assurance) manual testing\n\nAt Moxie, we believe in creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, trusted, and included.
