Managing their own calendar, engaging with new client leads, and being available for calls and text messages with questions can be overwhelming. Our Virtual Front Desk ensures that every client interaction is handled with care and professionalism, giving our Nurses more time to focus on what they do best - taking care of their patients. Having already onboarded a stellar team member, we are looking to expand our roster for the Advanced offering.\nAs a Virtual Front Desk, you will support a portfolio of 4-5 MedSpas as their virtual front desk\nAnswer incoming phone calls and messages,\n\nAppointment setting: Close inbound leads by calling and texting with them via our CRM,\n\nManage appointments including rescheduling,\n\nAnswers basic questions (e.g. about the location, opening hours, etc.)\n\nEscalate any questions you can't answer to the MedSpa owner.\n\nWe’re looking for:\nExperience in a customer service-oriented role, preferably as a Virtual Assistant, Front Desk Operator, or in a similar capacity.\n\nBackground in the healthcare industry, with an understanding of its unique challenges and requirements.\n\nExperience in sales, with a knack for converting leads into valuable client engagements.\n\nAvailability to work during US hours and follow US holidays\n\nExceptional proficiency in both written and verbal English, with a neutral accent for clear communication.\n\nA confident and independent problem-solver who can navigate the complexities of the role with minimal supervision.\n\nTO APPLY, we require you to fill out the application form and submit the following:\nA video/voice sample not more than 2mins\n\nCopy of your resume\n\nInternet speed test\n\nThank you and good luck!\nAt Moxie, we believe in creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, trusted, and included.
