onboarding.\nKey Responsibilities\nIdentify and target prospective merchants across different industries and business sizes.\nConduct outbound sales activities through calls, emails, meetings, networking, referrals, and other channels.\nBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.\nResearch prospective merchants and understand their business and payment requirements.\nPresent and demonstrate Moyasar’s payment solutions to prospective merchants.\nManage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and closing.\nConduct regular face to face meetings and visits with prospective merchants.\nPrepare commercial proposals, presentations, and pricing offers.\nNegotiate commercial terms and close deals in line with company objectives.\nBuild relationships with business owners, executives, and key decision makers.\nAchieve assigned sales, merchant acquisition, and transaction volume targets.\nMaintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, meetings, and follow-ups in the CRM.\nMonitor competitor activity, market trends, and developments in fintech and payments.\nShare merchant feedback and market insights with relevant internal teams.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field.\n3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, merchant acquisition, or a similar commercial role.\nProven experience in prospecting and outbound sales.\nProven experience in negotiating and closing new business.\nExperience in fintech, payments, banking, e-commerce, SaaS, or financial services is strongly preferred.\nGood understanding of CRM systems and sales reporting.\nAbility to build relationships with business owners, executives, and key decision makers.\nExperience presenting solutions to prospective clients and decision makers.\nFluent in Arabic and English.\nEligible to work in Saudi
