supplier-related change management activities, ensuring changes to materials, components, processes, manufacturing locations, and suppliers are appropriately assessed, documented, approved, and implemented.\nPartner with suppliers to investigate quality issues, drive corrective actions, and implement sustainable process improvements.\nMonitor supplier performance through quality metrics, risk assessments, audits, and ongoing supplier evaluations.\nSupport supplier qualification and supplier development activities to ensure suppliers are capable of meeting Mozarc quality, regulatory, and business requirements.\nParticipate in the development and implementation of internal manufacturing quality systems, controls, and processes associated with manufacturing expansion initiatives as applicable.\nCollaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality teams to support manufacturing transfer activities and establishment of new manufacturing capabilities.\nSupport development or maintenance of manufacturing quality processes including incoming inspection strategies, control plans, material controls, and nonconformance management systems.\nParticipate in supplier and internal investigations, root cause analysis, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nSupport implementation of quality process improvements that enhance product quality, supplier performance, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.\nQualifications and Requirements\nRequires a Baccalaureate degree or local equivalent\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.\nGood spoken and written
