This is a highly customer-facing technical role focused on helping enterprises evaluate, validate, and deploy Firefox Enterprise in secure, complex, and regulated environments.\nThe ideal candidate brings deep technical credibility, strong enterprise architecture experience, and a passion for helping customers solve real-world security, deployment, and interoperability challenges.\nWhat you'll do:\nPartner with Sales to support strategic enterprise opportunities across DACH.\nLead technical discovery and solution design with customers and partners.\nRun workshops with customer stakeholders across security, infrastructure, IAM, endpoint management, and workplace technology.\nOwn the relationship to the customer’s technical counterparts during and after the sales process. \nHelp customers evaluate Firefox Enterprise in areas such as deployment, policy management, identity integration, logging, security controls, and operational fit.\nDesign and support pilots, proofs of concept, and rollout plans.\nAdvise customers on deployment models, architecture decisions, and integration approaches for enterprise environments.\nValidate interoperability across systems such as SSO, MFA, SIEM, proxy/network controls, endpoint tooling, certificates/PKI, and browser policy frameworks.\nIdentify and help resolve technical risks early, including application compatibility, certificate handling, deployment complexity, and policy enforcement requirements.\nCreate reusable technical assets such as reference architectures, deployment guidance, validation plans, and technical enablement materials.\nSupport and enable partners involved in deployment, integration, and customer success.\nChampion Mozilla’s values of openness, trust, and user agency in every customer interaction.\nWhat you'll bring:\nSignificant experience (7+ years) in a senior Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Security Architect, or Technical Account Manager role.\nIdeally deep knowledge of the DACH IT landscape, particularly within the public sector, financial services, or KRITIS (Critical Infrastructure) operators .\nStrong background in enterprise security, endpoint management, browser security, Zero Trust, IAM, or digital workplace infrastructure.\nHands-on knowledge of:\nWindows enterprise deployment\nGPO / MDM / policy management\ncertificates / PKI / TLS / proxies\nSSO / MFA / IdP integrations\nSIEM / DLP / CASB ecosystems\nKubernetes / Helm for customer-operated environments\nExperience supporting pilots, technical evaluations, or enterprise deployments in complex customer environments.\nAbility to translate complex regulatory requirements into technical configurations and sales evidence.\nAbility to communicate clearly with both technical teams and senior customer stakeholders.\nComfort working across ambiguity and helping customers move from evaluation to deployment with confidence.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English.\nNative-level fluency in German\nWhat you'll get:\nA highly competitive base salary, plus a high-impact, performance-driven sales bonus plan.\nRich medical, dental, and vision coverage\nGenerous retirement contributions with 100% immediate vesting (regardless of whether you contribute)\nQuarterly all-company wellness days where everyone takes a pause together\nCountry specific holidays plus a day off for your birthday\nOne-time home office stipend\nAnnual professional development budget\nQuarterly well-being stipend\nConsiderable paid parental leave\nEmployee referral bonus program\nOther benefits (life/AD&D, disability, EAP, etc. - varies by country)\nAbout Mozilla \nMozilla exists to build the Internet as a public resource accessible to all because we believe that open and free is better than closed and controlled.
