This role combines strong graphic design capabilities with exceptional motion graphics and visual storytelling skills.\nThe ideal candidate can transform complex enterprise AI concepts into engaging visual content that captures attention, drives engagement, and elevates brand perception.\nWhat You'll Do\nMotion Graphics & Visual Storytelling\nCreate high-quality motion graphics for digital campaigns, social media, events, presentations, and product marketing.\nProduce engaging explainer videos that simplify complex AI, compliance, and financial crime prevention topics.\nDevelop product demonstrations, customer success stories, launch videos, and thought leadership content.\nDesign motion assets for conferences, keynotes, executive presentations, and major industry events.\nTranslate static content into compelling visual narratives through motion design and storytelling.\nBrand & Creative Design\nMaintain and evolve Mozn's visual identity across all channels.\nDesign digital advertising, social media content, email campaigns, infographics, presentations, and web assets.\nEnsure brand consistency across all creative outputs.\nDevelop creative concepts that support Mozn's positioning as a leader in enterprise AI.\nCampaign & Event Design\nCreate campaign assets that support awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement.\nDesign event experiences for industry conferences, executive roundtables, customer events, and product launches.\nProduce booth graphics, stage visuals, event collateral, and digital signage.\nAI-Powered Creative Production\nLeverage modern design and AI-powered creative tools to accelerate content creation.\nContinuously explore new creative approaches and technologies.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas from concept to execution.\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Creative Arts, or a related field.\n4+ years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, or creative production.\nStrong portfolio showcasing both visual design and motion graphics work.\nAdvanced proficiency in:\nAdobe After Effects (required)\nAdobe Premiere Pro\nAdobe Illustrator\nAdobe Photoshop\nFigma\nDemonstrated experience using AI-powered creative tools to accelerate ideation, content creation, design workflows, and production.
