Our culture is built on the relentless pursuit of excellence and meaningful impact.\nIf you’re passionate about working alongside exceptional talent on world-class AI, and you want the autonomy and runway to do the best work of your career, join us in shaping the future of intelligent enterprises.\nWhat you'll do\nLead consultative AI and data analytics presales engagements, guiding customers from problem discovery to solution definition and technical validation.\nPartner with business and technical stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, data challenges, and AI maturity, and translate them into actionable solution approaches.\nAdvise customers on AI use cases, prioritization, and adoption roadmaps, focusing on measurable business value rather than technology alone.\nDeliver targeted demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts aligned with customer priorities and decision criteria.\nSupport complex sales cycles through structured responses to RFPs, RFIs, and executive-level discussions.\nCommunicate AI and analytics concepts clearly to both technical and executive audiences, enabling informed decision-making.\nCollaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to shape deal strategy and ensure a smooth transition from presales to delivery.\nContinuously develop expertise in Mozn’s AI and analytics offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical discipline; a Master’s degree is a plus.\n7+ years of experience in presales, solutions consulting, AI/data analytics consulting, or a similar senior customer-facing technical role, preferably in enterprise or regulated environments.\nStrong understanding of AI and advanced analytics concepts, including LLMs, NLP, RAG, and model lifecycle considerations, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.\nProven experience advising customers on AI strategy, use-case definition, and solution approaches throughout complex sales cycles.\nDemonstrated ability to engage, influence, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, including executives and technical leadership.\nSolid experience leading RFP/RFI responses and contributing to solution design, technical narratives, and value propositions.\nExcellent analytical and problem-structuring skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and guide customers toward clear decisions.\nComfortable operating in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, collaborating closely with Sales, Product, Data Science, and Delivery teams.\nArabic Language is a must\nBenefits\nYou will be at the forefront of an exciting time for the Middle East, joining a high-growth rocket-ship in an exciting space. \nYou will be given a lot of responsibility and trust.
