This position will possess a unique view of the business and support finance, manufacturing, and other functional teams in developing and analyzing key performance indicators, resource allocation, and future planning. The Enterprise Data Analyst will be a key member of MP Materials’ corporate financial planning and analysis team.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nPrioritizing fully automated solutions, collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand analytical needs, define requirements, and translate business questions into actionable insights\nAnalyze and interpret multi-faceted datasets to identify key drivers, risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement\nPresent conclusions and recommendations with clear distinction between fact and opinion\nSupport in the development of other enterprise-level analytics and continuous improvement initiatives\nDevelop and maintain dashboards, workflows and/or other weekly reports for recurring analysis\nIntegrate and analyze large, disparate data sources to uncover new insights and support data-driven decision-making.\nEstablish and maintain data quality standards, validation processes, and reporting controls to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of manufacturing and financial reporting\nManage aspects of the analytical architecture and collection of manufacturing data\nProficient in acquiring and working with disparate data sources\nPerform other duties as assigned\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, or related field \n3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment or in manufacturing data analytics; experience in a publicly traded company is a plus\nStrong understanding of manufacturing processes, operational KPIs, and cost structures; experience with SAP is a plus \nProficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
