Senior Data Analyst

• Continuation of project management activities within the scope of system consolidations & further developments in new big data projects
• Expertise in big data, data visualization and business intelligence tools
• Analyzing complex data sets, generating insightful reports and providing strategic recommendations to support business decisions
• Developing and maintaining BI dashboards, reports and data visualization tools to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
• Designing and implementing data models, data integration and ETL processes to support BI initiatives
• Lead and contribute to new data projects

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in the field of information technology or business administration or comparable vocational training
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst preferably in a senior or lead role, with strong focus on BI
• Experience with BI tools such as SAP BI, Tableau, Power BI, SAP Datasphere
• Strong understanding of cloud services and big data technologies and frameworks (e.g. Hadoop, Spark, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, DataBricks)
• Experience in data modeling, data integration and ETL processes
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R
• SAP BI and/or BW/4HANA experience is an advantage
• Readiness of managing external service providers is an advantage
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Strong initiative, presentation skills and ability to work under pressure
• Intercultural competence and willingness to travel
