Our mission is to help manufacturers maintain a competitive advantage in the world economy by improving productivity.\nSummary of Responsibility:\nThe Product Specialist will interface with the sales and engineering teams to ensure we deliver the right message to customers. The Product Specialist will collaborate with marketing and sales to develop technical product collateral such as brochures, explanation of benefits, videos and more. Information will be gathered in conjunction with engineering to ensure technical info is correct and presented in an appropriate manner. The Product Specialist will be key in fielding technical questions in the sales process, and reporting issues to the engineering team post-sale.\nWhat You Will Contribute:\nContact customers via phone, email, or in person to discuss product benefits, problems, or concerns\n\nAssist in creating and distributing product collateral\n\nAssist in identifying potential customers for products\n\nFollow up with current customers during new product launches\n\nListen to customer complaints and relay pertinent information to engineering and product development team\n\nWork with different departments within the company to ensure information is correct and tasks are completed.\n\nOther Functions:\nPerform related duties as required\n\nThe duties listed above are intended only as an illustration of the various types of work that may be performed.
