Our mission is to help manufacturers maintain a competitive advantage in the world economy by improving productivity.\nSummary of Responsibility:\nWe are seeking a detail-oriented Production Coordinator to support our manufacturing operations by managing production orders and ensuring critical production documentation is accurate, organized, and delivered to the appropriate departments on time.\nIn this role, you will create and close production orders, prepare and print production packets, distribute work orders to manufacturing departents, and create or update production-related documents as needed. You will work closely with Production, Planning, Quality, and Engineering teams to help keep operations running efficiently.\nWhat You Will Contribute:\nOpen and release production orders\n\nClose completed production orders\n\nPrint and assemble production packages and supporting documentation\n\nDistribute work orders to manufacturing departments\n\nCreate and maintain production forms and documents\n\nSupport production administration and documentation control\n\nAssist with process and workflow improvements\n\nOther Functions:\nPerform related duties as required\n\nThe duties listed above are intended only as an illustration of the various types of work that may be performed.
