pipelines MLOps pour le déploiement et le monitoring de modèles, et implémenter les infrastructures CI/CD adaptées aux projets IA.\nTravailler en binôme avec des Data Scientists et des Data Engineers pour délivrer des solutions scalable qui répondent à des problématiques concrètes.\nSuivre les évolutions des outils MLOps et des plateformes cloud, et contribuer au Lab Innovation MP Data.\nProfil recherché\n**Formation & expérience*** Diplôme d'ingénieur ou Master en informatique, data science ou domaine connexe (Bac+5) d'une école du top 10.\n* 2 à 4 ans d'expérience sur des missions d'AI Engineering ou MLOps,\n**Compétences techniques indispensables**\n* Maîtrise de Python et des frameworks ML/IA (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow ou équivalent)\n* Expérience solide sur les outils MLOps : MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, DVC ou équivalents\n* Connaissance du cloud (Azure AI Foundry, AWS SageMaker ou GCP Vertex AI)\n* Pratique des outils CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes)\n* Déploiement de modèles en production (APIs REST, monitoring, versioning)\n**Compétences techniques appréciées**\n* Expérience avec les LLMs et RAG (LangChain, LlamaIndex…)\n* Connaissance des environnements industriels (données de capteurs, SCADA, contraintes on-premise)\n* Pratique de l'Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi)\n**Savoir-être**\n* Rigueur sur la qualité du code et des livrables\n* Capacité à tenir engagement sur le résultat\n* Pédagogie face à des interlocuteurs non techniques\n* Autonomie et sens des responsabilités dans la gestion de ton
