across security, technology, risk, compliance and business teams.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead cybersecurity projects from initiation through implementation and closure.\nManage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies and changes.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams across Information Security, IAM, Infrastructure, Cloud, Application Development, Risk, Compliance and business stakeholders.\nDrive project governance, status reporting and executive-level communications.\nFacilitate risk assessments and security reviews and track remediation activities through closure.\nEnsure project execution remains aligned with cybersecurity policies, regulatory requirements and applicable industry frameworks.\nManage vendor engagements and third-party security initiatives.\nNavigate competing priorities, escalate delivery risks and drive decisions required to maintain project outcomes.\nRequired Skills and Experience:\n7+ years of experience in the Cybersecurity domain, with strong project or program management experience in cybersecurity or technology environments.\nExperience managing security initiatives such as IAM, Zero Trust, Cloud Security, Vulnerability Management, Security Operations, Data Protection or AI Security.\nProven expertise in risk, issue, dependency and change management.\nStrong stakeholder management, communication, leadership, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.\nExperience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.\nProficiency with Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence and project/reporting tools.\nAbility to coordinate complex security programs involving technical, risk, compliance and business stakeholders.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPMP, CISSP, CISM, Security+, PMI-ACP or SAFe certification.\nKnowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, Zero Trust and regulatory compliance frameworks.\nExperience supporting enterprise cybersecurity transformation, governance and audit
