and adherence to object-oriented programming principles and engineering standardsLeverage AI-assisted tooling to design and generate unit test cases to test Python code, and execute these tests to validate functionality and compliance with business and technical requirementsBuild AI-driven components leveraging Agentic AI frameworks, Microsoft Copilot extensibility, and other modern AI development tools.Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications to ensure stability, performance, and reliability.Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices relevant to Python development and AI.Design, develop, and test automation workflows with assured quality.Monitor the changes that happen after implementing the feedback during development or testing phase while keeping the project specifications intact.Reviewing the code/design and providing expertise in the development, and integration of systemsConfiguring new automations in an efficient and easily understandable wayDocumenting the automation proceduresDevelopment of custom librariesWork with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, Product Owners, and other cross-functional resources to define, automate the process and deliver on time\nSkills Required:\n4+ years of hands-on experience in core Python development.\nStrong understanding of Python syntax, data structures, OOP, and design principles.\nExperience with AI application development, including:Building AI agents (Agentic AI architecture)\nIntegrating LLMs into workflows\nPrompt engineering and model interaction design\nSpec Driven Development\n\nProficiency in Python frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, or Flask.\nExperience with Python data/ML libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.).\nUnderstanding of unit testing tools (pytest, unittest) and test automation.\n4 years or more experience designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise scale automation systems\nExperience with process engineering and re-engineeringCore understanding of software engineering principles (e.g. encapsulation, extensibility, maintainability)Experience architecting and developing workflow-based solutions or
