Responsibilities:Lead and manage the delivery of projects within the Mainframe IMS environment, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Utilize strong Mainframe IMS System Programming knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during project execution.Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and making adjustments as necessary.Develop and implement best practices for delivery management, focusing on continuous improvement and efficiency.Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.Mandatory Skills:Strong expertise in Mainframe IMS System Programming.Proven experience in delivery management within a technical environment.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.Strong leadership and team management capabilities.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.\nIMS DB, DB2, Enterprise COBOL mandatory\nPreferred Skills:\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.\nExperience in working with cross-functional teams in a global environment.\nKnowledge of other Mainframe technologies and programming languages.\nUnderstanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.\nCICD, Devops, CICS, Informan/Changeman/Endevor, Devops\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nRelevant certifications in project management or Mainframe technologies are a plus.\nAbout Mphasis:\nMphasis applies next-generation technology to help enterprises transform businesses globally.
