This includes defining data models, configuring data flows, creating customer segments, and setting up customer journeys.\nImplementation and Integration: Collaborate with development teams to implement and integrate AEP and AJO solutions with other systems and platforms, ensuring data flows seamlessly and accurately between systems.\nTechnical Troubleshooting: Perform proactive problem diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues related to AEP and AJO. This includes identifying and resolving data integration issues, ensuring proper data synchronization, and resolving system errors. \n\nCustomization and Development: Develop custom solutions and extensions as needed to meet unique client requirements. This may involve scripting, programming, and leveraging AEP and AJO APIs and SDKs. \n\nDocumentation and Training: Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, technical specifications, and user guides. Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to enable clients to effectively use AEP and AJO. \n\nProject Management: Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful delivery of AEP and AJO projects. This includes managing timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and providing regular project status updates. \n\nQuality Assurance: Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure the quality and stability of AEP and AJO implementations.
