In this role, you will support the operational management of our sales partners, ensuring accurate partner data, smooth onboarding processes, and efficient administration of partner programs and payments.\nYou will work closely with Sales, Compliance, Finance, Legal, and other internal teams to coordinate partner-related activities, resolve operational issues, and ensure that all processes are completed accurately and in line with internal requirements.\n Key Responsibilities\nPartner Data Management: Create and maintain partner accounts and organizational structures in Salesforce, update account information, validate territories and organization codes, and resolve data discrepancies\n\nPartner Onboarding: Support the onboarding of new partners by coordinating account setup, verifying required information, and ensuring completion of necessary administrative and compliance steps\n\nPartner Program Administration: Process Market Development Fund (MDF) requests and reimbursement claims, verify supporting documentation, coordinate approvals, and track budgets and payments\n\nAccess and Portal Administration: Manage partner access to relevant business platforms, including customer and partner portals, training platforms, and internal resource centers\n\nSupplier Registration and Payments: Support supplier registration and setup in Oracle and Accounts Payable (AP) systems to facilitate partner reimbursements and payments\n\nCross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Contracts, Compliance, Credit, Legal, and other teams to resolve partner-related issues and ensure smooth business operations\n\nOngoing Account Maintenance: Process account changes, including shipping address updates, territory corrections, and other partner record adjustments\n\nRequirements\nExperience working with Salesforce\n\nStrong Excel skills and confidence working with data\n\nExcellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy\n\nExperience coordinating administrative or cross-functional business processes\n\nStrong written English communication skills\n\nGood organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities\n\n We offer\nRemote work with a regular daytime schedule (8 AM-4 PM or 9 AM-5 PM)\n\nInternational work environment with opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional teams\n\nValuable hands-on experience with Salesforce, partner operations, and business processes\n\nOpportunity to develop your skills in data management, process coordination, and sales operations\n\n Note: This is a temporary position covering maternity leave.\nIf you are ready to take on a new challenge, apply now and join us!\nOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
