Working closely with outsourced accounting providers and Group Finance, you will ensure accurate accounting records, reliable IFRS reporting, strong financial controls, and effective cash flow management.\nThis role requires a hands-on finance professional who can take ownership of financial accuracy, coordinate external accounting providers, and drive consistent reporting and control processes across multiple entities in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.\nMain duties and responsibilities:\nAccounting & Financial Control:\nOversee outsourced accounting providers across eight entities, ensuring accurate and timely accounting in line with local requirements and Group policies.\nReview general ledger postings, balance sheet reconciliations, and intercompany balances, identifying and resolving discrepancies.\nFinancial Reporting:\nPrepare and deliver accurate financial reporting packages to Group Finance in line with Group reporting requirements and IFRS.\nCoordinate month-end closing and ensure the completeness, accuracy, and consistency of financial data across all entities.\nCash Flow Management:\nPrepare and monitor cash flow forecasts across all entities, analyze variances, and ensure visibility of liquidity needs and payment obligations.\nProactively identify cash flow risks and opportunities to improve working capital and cash management.\nAudit Coordination:\nAct as the main point of contact for internal and external audits, coordinating documentation, communication, and timely resolution of audit findings.\nProcess Improvement:\nStrengthen financial controls and standardize accounting and reporting processes across entities.\nSupport the integration of newly acquired businesses and drive improvements in reporting quality and efficiency.\nWhat we expect from you:\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field\nPrevious hands-on experience in accounting, financial controlling, or financial reporting\nGood understanding of IFRS and the ability to assess the accuracy of accounting entries and financial statements\nExperience with month-end closing and cash flow forecasting\nExperience coordinating external accounting providers and/or audits is an advantage\nAdvanced Excel skills and strong analytical and organizational skills\nProactive approach, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple entities and deadlines independently\nFluent English, both written and spoken\nKnowledge of Czech, Slovak, or Polish accounting practices is an advantage\nWhat you will get from us:\nRemote model of work\nOpportunity to take ownership of financial control and reporting across multiple Central European entities\nExposure to Group Finance, IFRS, cash flow management, and M&A integration\nIf you want to give yourself a try in the new role, apply with your CV in English and join us! \nNote: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
