This hybrid role directly reports to the Head of HR (remotely) with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Country Director (on-site). The successful candidate will take full ownership of human resources management, compliance, asset tracking, and day-to-day administrative operations.\n\nResponsibilities\nHealth & Safety Implementation & Compliance:\n\nManage statutory compliance and timely license renewals with local authorities, including ERB Distribution Licences, EIZ Certificates, ZEMA, Council Business Levies, and Fire Certificates.\n\nFacilitate labor compliance by submitting employment contracts for Ministry of Labor stamping and maintaining alignment with ZRA, NAPSA, and NHIMA requirements.\n\nEmployee Lifecycle & Onboarding Support:\n\nOversee complete onboarding plans and structured Welcome Packs for new hires.\n\nConduct thorough background checks and due diligence for all prospective employees and candidates.\n\nCoordinate recruitment workflows, candidate shortlisting, job description drafting, and interview scheduling.\n\nHR Data, Documentation & Record Management:\n\nMaintain immaculate, up-to-date physical and electronic employee files and HR Google Drive folders.\n\nContinuously update global employee databases, vacation planners, and contract expiration trackers.\n\nTrack probation end dates, contract extensions, performance review cycles, and salary adjustments in collaboration with supervisors.\n\nDaily Office Administration & Operations Support:\n\nServe as the primary administrative point of contact, resolving employee requests efficiently.\n\nManage external partner relationships, including with insurance providers, NAPsa, NHIMA and Local Labor Representations Offices. \n\nAdminister company asset provisioning (laptops, mobile phones, field equipment) and maintain signed Asset Provision Forms and dashboard up to date\n\nSupport monthly payroll input preparation, expense tracking, and Hub manager compensation
