International Sales Manager

Description

We are seeking an experienced International Sales Manager to lead complex, end-to-end sales activities across the global defense market. The role includes full ownership of the sales cycle - from opportunity identification and lead generation through negotiation and closing strategic deals - while working directly with government and defense organizations worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage full sales cycles (E2E): opportunity identification, proposal leadership, negotiations, and closing deals, including initial post-sale engagement
• Drive international sales growth across defense and government markets
• Management of direct sales activities and international channel/partner networks
• Lead complex commercial negotiations and proposal processes (RFI / RFP / RFQ)
• Promote advanced technology solutions, with a focus on C2 / C4I systems and software-based platforms
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and partners
• Close collaboration with engineering, product, and program teams
• Represent the organization in high-level meetings, industry forums, and defense exhibitions
• Report to the VP Sales & Marketing

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Sales Hunter in international defense sales - mandatory
• Strong track record of managing complex, long-cycle sales processes end-to-end
• Ability to independently identify and develop new business opportunities
• Strong technical understanding and ability to operate in complex system environments
• Experience with C2 / C4I systems - an advantage
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Fluent English; additional language - advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally
