Previous experience in the defense industry is preferred, particularly in managing projects related to air defense systems or complex defense systems.\nThis role involves managing projects at various stages of their life cycles, ensuring all aspects of the projects-business, administrative, financial, and technical-are successfully delivered.\nA solid technical understanding of mechanical engineering, electronics, and systems engineering is required, including an understanding of interfaces between different subsystems.\nThe position requires frequent travel to customers and suppliers within Israel. Hybrid work is not available.\nResponsibilities\nManage multiple high-budget security projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements.\nOversee projects at different life cycle stages, from initiation to closure.\nCoordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.\nWork closely with engineering teams across mechanical, electronics, and systems disciplines, coordinating between these domains and supporting integration processes for complex systems.\nEnsure all aspects of project management are addressed, including business, administrative, financial, and technical requirements.\nNegotiate with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and achieve project goals.\nMonitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to senior management.\nMaintain excellent interpersonal relationships and ensure high levels of service orientation and productivity.\nFoster a creative and solution-oriented environment to address project challenges.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.\nMinimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in a multi-project environment.\nPrevious project management experience in the defense industry is a significant advantage, preferably in the air defense systems sector.\nTechnical understanding of mechanical engineering and electronics, along with familiarity with systems engineering, subsystem interfaces, and complex systems integration.\nExperience working in stressful environments with multiple competing priorities.\nFamiliarity with project management software and tools.\nProven experience in negotiations and conflict resolution.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.\nStrong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.\nHigh level of service orientation and commitment to delivering results.\nAbility to manage complex projects with a focus on productivity and
