CLUB mobile app.\n\nMonitor member feedback and coordinate with relevant teams to improve the mobile app and overall customer experience.\n\nWork closely with Customer Service to support enquiries related to membership, points, rewards and other loyalty programme matters.\n\nCoordinate with internal teams, designers, agencies and vendors to ensure campaign materials, operational matters and timelines are completed accordingly.\n\nPrepare basic campaign and marketing reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.\n\nKeep updated on marketing, social media, customer engagement and competitor trends.\n\nRequirements:\nDiploma or Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related field.\n\nFresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of relevant working experience are welcome to apply.\n\nCreative, organised and interested in marketing campaigns, events, loyalty programmes and customer engagement.\n\nGood communication, logical thinking, time management and problem-solving skills.\n\nResponsible, detail-oriented and able to coordinate effectively with different teams and external vendors.\n\nBasic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.\n\nFamiliarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT for research, brainstorming and content development.\n\nInternship or working experience in Marketing, A&P, Digital Marketing, Events or Customer Engagement would be an added advantage.\n\nBasic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop would be an added advantage.\n\nExperience in copywriting, content creation or social media would be beneficial.\n\nExposure to CRM, loyalty programmes or mobile app management would be an added
