Do\nAnswer incoming customer calls and schedule service appointments\nCommunicate with customers regarding appointment details and service updates\nMonitor technician schedules and assist with dispatching and routing\nSupport same-day schedule changes and operational needs\nFollow up with customers regarding unsold estimates and outstanding concerns\nMaintain accurate customer and job information in our software systems\nWork closely with technicians and office staff to keep operations running smoothly\nWhat We're Looking For\nPositive attitude and strong customer service
