Apprentice Technician

Mr. Handyman is seeking an eager, hands-on Apprentice Technician ready to support Senior Service Professionals while learning the craft and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with residential and commercial maintenance and repair projects (typically 2 hours to 2 days)
- Support lead technicians with tasks including drywall, minor carpentry, painting, and basic installations
- Communicate clearly with customers and office staff to set expectations and deliver quality service
- Document work using iPad and ServiceTitan software
- Follow all safety protocols and uphold professional appearance standards
Qualifications:
- Basic hand tools and a willingness to learn required
- Strong work ethic, teamwork mindset, and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work safely at heights
- Must pass background and driving checks
Compensation & Benefits:
- $18-$22/hour depending on experience
