The project length can range from two hours to two days. \nMaking Recommendations and Managing Expectations with Customers - You’ll communicate with customers to help them understand what they need to have done and manage expectations about the scope of work and costs. \nOwn the overall project including the team leadership - Deliver a great experience that wows life-long repeat customers.\nWhat We Want From You\nProfessional attitude and leadership\nHonesty and Ethics\nMeets our expectations, which are teamwork, quality and brand pride\nTo Succeed in this Role\nYou’ll need to self-manage as you’ll be alone often.\nYou’ll need to speak with customers and provide excellent customer service while asking for reviews and collecting payments.\nYou’ll need to have the necessary tools, including the ability to use technology.\nYou'll need to document the job while following our process, the Mr. Handyman Way.\nYou’ll need to wear proper PPE as well as booties to protect our customer’s home.\nJob Requirements\nThese are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position.\nLive within the area, Broward County Specifically\nHave 8+ years’ experience as a paid handyman or Carpenter\nOwn your own tools\nBe insurable for driving our vehicle (no license suspensions past 3 years)\nComplete a background and driving record check\nAble to lift 50 pounds independently\nAble to safely work at heights and work overheard for extended periods of time\nProfessional appearance and maintenance of company-provided vehicle\n\nBenefits & Pay\nThe pay range for this position is $30.00 to $37.50 based upon commissionable revenue and is dependent on your experience as a professional handyman as well as your experience with other home repair and maintenance projects such as carpentry, door installation, stucco repair, painting, and drywall.
