communication notes.\n\nCoordinate closely with Technical, Operations, Project Management, service partners, and vessel crew to support practical job planning and execution.\n\nIdentify technical and operational risks in advance and communicate realistic onsite duration, manpower needs, and job constraints based on the actual scope and vessel conditions.\n\nUphold company HSE requirements and stop work when conditions are unsafe or when access, tools, manpower, or planning assumptions are not suitable for safe execution.\n\nDeliver professional support to customers and vessel crew while maintaining service quality and compliance.\n\nPerform other job-related duties as assigned.\n\nSkills & Expertise\nStrong hands-on experience with traction elevators; multi-brand experience preferred.\n\nExperience with marine elevator service, repair, inspection, and fault-finding.\n\nExperience with rack and pinion / Alimak elevators is highly desirable.\n\nExperience with hydraulic activities such as travelling cable replacement and wire rope renewal.\n\nStrong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams.\n\nAdvanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.\n\nAbility to complete physically demanding field work safely and accurately.\n\nGood understanding of marine HSE expectations, permit controls, work-at-height practices, and risk awareness.\n\nPractical judgement to balance urgency, job quality, and safe execution under vessel time constraints.\n\nProfessional and respectful approach when working with customers, contractors, vessel crew, and internal teams.\n\nRequirements\nRequirements:\nDiploma or degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechanical.\n\nProfessional or vocational qualification in elevator engineering is an advantage.\n\nMinimum 10 years of elevator industry experience covering service, troubleshooting, repairs, and inspection.\n\nGood command of English, both written and spoken; additional regional languages are an advantage.\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\n\nWillingness to travel extensively for domestic and international vessel attendance.\n\nFlexibility to work non-standard hours based on vessel schedules and port operations.\n\nMedically fit for vessel attendance, offshore assignments, and physically demanding work.\n\nFit to work at height, in confined machinery spaces, and in challenging port and onboard environments.\n\nValid passport and ability to travel at short notice.\n\nHigh proficiency with Google Workspace and modern productivity tools.\n\nValid Light Motor Vehicle driving license\n\nLegally entitled to work in the Panama (Panamanian nationals or valid work/residence permit)\n\nPersonal Qualities\nReliable, disciplined, and self-motivated.\n\nPractical, safety-conscious, and quality-focused.\n\nAble to work under pressure without compromising safety or workmanship.\n\nDetail-oriented and methodical in execution.\n\nCalm and professional in front of customers and vessel crew.\n\nHonest in reporting job conditions, limitations, risks, and actual time requirements.\n\nAdaptable and willing to learn new technologies, equipment types, and service methods.\n\nWhat We Offer\nRemuneration and benefits package structured to align with current marine industry benchmarks.\n\nOpportunity to work within a professional, team-oriented, and technically supportive culture.\n\nDirect engagement with highly technical offshore and maritime elevator maintenance sectors.","description_format":"text","description_chars":6007,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":10,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"English","level":"All
