Technician/Engineer\n\nRequirements\nWhat you need to know and be good at:\nExtensive experience with traction elevators; multi-brand experience is preferred\n\nExperience with escalators, hydraulic elevators, and rack-and-pinion elevators is a plus.\n\nGood understanding of elevator codes, policies, and procedures\n\nComplete tasks independently, efficiently, and accurately\n\nAble to explain and demonstrate proper maintenance/inspection procedures\n\nKnowledge of multi-brand inverter drives and controllers\n\nProvide leadership to instruct, train, and review the work of junior technicians.\n\nAble to deal courteously with customers, co-workers, and contractors\n\nKnowledge of industry standards, health and safety rules for marine processes\n\nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail\n\nEagerness to learn and adapt\n\nWillingness to travel within the region and internationally\n\nJob requirements:\nDiploma or degree in engineering, preferably electrical, electronics or instrumentation\n\nProfessional qualification (Bachelor's Degree, diploma or certificate in elevator engineering) or vocational qualification\n\nMinimum 10 years of elevator industry experience (new installation, repairs, and service experience is mandatory)\n\nPrior experience with Hyundai, Kone, and Ushio is a plus\n\nGood English communication skills (verbal and written) and a second language\n\nThis position requires travelling within and outside the country.\n\nExcellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills\n\nWillingness to learn and develop\n\nConfident, engaging, and able to build relationships and take calculated risks\n\nExperience with common productivity tools (like Google Workspace)\n\nMedically fit for offshore assignments and working at heights\n\nValid
