Missions
- Accueillir et renseigner la clientèle par téléphone, analyser le besoin et y répondre.
- Conseiller et entretenir une relation client, éditer, suivre et transformer les devis des leads entrants.
- Gérer des réclamations clients et collaborer avec les différents services pour trouver des solutions.
