post-mortem analyses, PMO (Price Mark On) targets, test money, OTB (Open to Buy), budgets, pricing strategies, supplier strategies, marketing & digital, etc.) in order to achieve department targets\nProduct Review:\nDevelop a strategic assortment for the department (considering sub cats, planned promotions, volume opportunities, store profiles, optimums, price-point plan, replenishment etc.) in line with company and seasonal strategies in order to meet department review plan targets.\nCurrent Trade:\nConsistently monitor and react to current trade by analyzing product and store performance for your department & make appropriate trade decisions (including stock and order book management, actioning markdowns, promotional activity, supplier negotiations for cancellations and discounts) in order to potentialize sales.\nEducation:\nDegree or NQF Level 6 / Diploma\nExperience:\n3 Years retail planning experience\nKnowledge/ Skills:\nCommercial acumen\nEconomic understanding of supply & demand\nRetail market & industry knowledge\nNumerical skills\nEffective Communication skills (verbal & written)\nNegotiation skills\nProficiency in MS Office Applications\nConflict
