Export Sales Executive

As our Export Sales Executive, you'll work at the intersection of customer relationships, market insights, and commercial performance, helping support our international sales programmes. This is an exciting opportunity to build a career in international sales, working with customers across global markets and leveraging data, technology, and commercial insights to deliver business performance. 

What You’ll Be Doing:  

You’ll work alongside our Export Sales Managers to support customer relationships, coordinate sales programmes, analyse commercial information, and contribute to demand planning and forecasting. Key responsibilities will include: 

• Support the Export Sales Managers with customer engagement, business reviews and sales reporting 
• Coordinate forecasts, demand planning, fruit allocations and programme data across markets, working closely with Logistics and other internal teams 
• Provide customers with supply updates and support with requests 
• Analyse market trends, pricing, customer profitability and programme performance to support better decision-making 
• Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to automate manual processes and improve reporting 

What You Bring:  

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with customers, data and technology, and who can turn information into meaningful commercial insights. You’ll bring: 

• Experience in customer service, sales support, administration or a commercial environment 
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Excellent communication and relationship-building capability 
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality work to deadlines 
• A data-driven approach, with the ability to interpret information and communicate insights clearly 
• A relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous
