Renowned for revolutionizing digital content creation, Beast Industries encompasses a diverse portfolio of ventures that extend far beyond its origins on YouTube. With a mission to entertain, inspire, and create significant social impact, Beast Industries operates across various domains including digital media, philanthropy, consumer products, and innovative business initiatives. At Beast Industries, we believe in the transformative power of digital media and its potential to entertain, educate, and effect positive change. Our commitment to innovation, creativity, and philanthropy drives us to explore new frontiers, create unforgettable experiences, and build a legacy that inspires future generations.\nAbout Us\nBeast Industries is a media and entertainment company founded by Jimmy Donaldson, known as MrBeast, the most-watched creator in the world. What started as a YouTube channel is now a global company spanning digital media, consumer products, philanthropy, technology, financial services, and original streaming content.\nOur teams move fast, think big, and take ownership. We chase ambitious ideas, execute relentlessly, and are building something that has never existed before. We are a uniquely multi-generational team of creators, operators, and builders across very different businesses, and we only win if everyone is connected to the same mission.\nThe Role\nBeast Industries is growing quickly, and we need someone to own how our people understand our mission and goals, embrace the products and services we’re building (and the “why” behind them), get company information and stay connected to each other.. You'll build our internal communications function from scratch as a system, not a stream of tactics, so every employee understands where we're headed, sees how their work connects to the mission, and knows what's expected of them. You'll also make sure they hear about big changes from us, clearly and early, and in ways that are authentic to our culture. You'll work closely with executive leadership to build and carry the story of the company, translating strategy into a mission every employee can repeat in their own words. You'll connect teams across our businesses, our offices and remote employees, build trust in senior leadership, ensure no information gaps exist, and highlight the work our teams do every day.\nYou'll meet an employee audience that uses a mix of written, video, audio, live, and mobile formats daily, so our communications must be designed to meet them where they are. You're an excellent writer and a sharp advisor to executives. You have a strong point of view on how to communicate well, and you're just as eager to hear a better idea. You can make complicated things simple, stay honest and direct when the news is hard, and pair empathy with data to understand what's landing with employees. You reason from first principles: you ask what problem a message or channel is solving before choosing the format, then test, learn, and retire what doesn't work.\nThis role reports to the Chief Communications Officer and partners with the CEO, Chief People Officer, General Counsel, CFO, and business unit Presidents.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn Internal Communications\nSet the vision and strategy for internal communications across Beast Industries, and run it day to day.\nDefine the mission narrative: the single story that connects company strategy, quarterly priorities, and each team's work, so any employee can answer \"why does my work matter?\"\nCreate regular touchpoints, like all-hands and leadership updates, that employees can count on, on a published weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence, with a clear standard for how quickly decisions are shared.\nHelp executives communicate in their own voice while keeping messages consistent across the company.\nBuild a manager cascade to equip people managers with the messaging, materials and context they need to ensure key announcements and people/HR related changes are communicated effectively throughout all levels of the organization. In success, this cascade will establish managers as one of our most trusted channels for information.\nFind and close information deserts: diagnose which teams, locations, tenure groups, and roles are consistently last to know, and fix the gaps.\nDesign a multi-format channel strategy that considers audience preferences across business units and roles.\nCreate two-way channels, including pulse surveys, and a visible \"you said, we did\" loop.\nPartner with Executives\nBe a trusted advisor to senior executives and functional leaders.\nDraft CEO communications, including announcements, org updates, talking points, remarks, presentations, FAQs, and video scripts.\nLead communications for tentpole, company-wide People team initiatives.\nPrepare executives for town halls, employee Q&As, and other high-stakes moments.\nCoach executives to explain the why behind decisions, not only announce them, and set a leadership communications rhythm (for example, CEO office hours, fireside chats, and a regular leadership letter).\nLead Through Change\nPlan communications for reorganizations, leadership transitions, and other major changes so employees get clarity and uncertainty stays low. Build and maintain playbooks for each.\nWork with the CCO, HR, Legal, Finance, and leaders on sensitive employee communications, including confidentiality protocols that balance transparency with legal and security needs.\nHold a standard of ethical, honest communication on hard news, including mistakes, rumors, and what we don't yet know.\nBuild Culture\nCreate comms programs that reinforce our values and bring teams closer together, and make our high-performance expectations clear: what great looks like, how we give feedback, and how we experiment, fail fast, and learn.\nOwn leadership forums, AMAs, recognition programs, and engagement initiatives.\nTell employee and team stories, including through video and audio, produced in partnership with our in-house creative teams, that celebrate our people and milestones.\nDesign the communications arc for new-hire onboarding and rapid growth, so every new employee feels connected to the mission from day one.\nMeasure What Works\nSet metrics for internal communications, track them consistently and share regularly with leadership.\nUse engagement data and employee feedback to improve our channels, cadence, and content.\nRun small, regular experiments on formats, timing, and channels; keep what works and retire what doesn't.\nWhat We're Looking For\n8+ years in internal communications, executive communications, change management, or a related field.\nExperience building or leading internal communications at a high-growth company.\nOutstanding writing, editing, and storytelling, across different audiences and formats.\nA track record advising executives and influencing senior stakeholders.\nExperience leading communications through growth, transformation, or organizational change.\nSound judgment and discretion with confidential information.\nStrong project management and the ability to juggle multiple high-priority projects.\nExperience designing new communications systems from the ground up, experimenting, measuring the results and using them to improve.\nComfort leading cross-functional work as an individual contributor.\nExperience communicating across generations, locations, and roles, including remote, global, and non-desk employees.\nExperience producing multimedia content, including video and audio.\nNice to Have\nExperience in media, gaming, technology, the creator economy, or consumer brands.\nFamiliarity with tools like Slack, Notion, Workvivo, SharePoint, and Google Workspace.\nComfort in visible, fast-moving environments where priorities change quickly.\nSuccess in Your First Year\nBy Day 90: Developed a topline 2027 internal narrative arc, Audited current channels, assessed business unit needs, mapped where information gaps exist, established a manager cascade process and launched a published companywide cadence calendar.\nBy Month 6: Internal narrative is live, baseline metrics are established and aligned on with leadership and companywide cadence of comms is being tested and refined. Launched an internal communications strategy and core programs that employees rely on.\nBecame a trusted advisor to executive leadership on employee communications. Raised employee engagement with company communications and understanding of company priorities, with clear metrics to show it.\nCreated playbooks for major company moments, like reorgs and leadership changes. Built stronger connections across teams and offices, with a measurable increase in satisfaction with information access and communication across all groups. \nWhy Beast Industries?\nAt Beast, communication is how we keep people connected to the mission and to each other. You'll build this function from the start, work directly with the leaders shaping the company's future, and help one of the fastest-growing entertainment companies in the world stay close as it grows. If you thrive in fast-moving environments and love turning complex strategies into messages people care about, we'd love to hear from you.\nBenefits\nThe Perks, Why Work On the MrBeast Team\nWe are redefining what entertainment and storytelling look like at global scale. Every piece of content we publish reaches millions and influences culture in real time. This is your opportunity to lead the team that decides how those moments come to life across every screen.\nCompetitive Salary\nGenerous Medical (Blue Cross Blue Shield), Dental, Vision and company-paid Life Insurance \nCompany contributions to employee Health Savings Accounts (HSA) \n401k Plan with Safe Harbor company-matching\nFlexible vacation policy and paid company holidays\nCompany-provided technology package \nRelocation assistance where applicable, including travel and company-provided housing for the first 90 days","description_format":"text","description_chars":10073,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":["401k plan","Flexible vacation policy","Life insurance","Relocation assistance"],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":true,"industries":["Influencers","Content Creation"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-27T23:50:44Z"}],"visa":[{"country":"US","licensed_sponsor":true,"evidence":"H-1B filings in 12 months: 1","filings_12m":1,"filings_prev_12m":0,"green_card_filings_12m":0,"median_offered_wage_usd":302500,"route":null,"cap_exempt":false,"checked_at":"2026-10-15T11:24:14+00:00","sources":["US Department of Labor: LCA disclosure data (H-1B, H-1B1, E-3)"],"filings_for_role_12m":0}],"liveness":{"score":90,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.903,"p_room":1,"age_days":0,"expected_fill_days":101,"reasons":["conf:1","velocity","win:early"],"computed_at":"2026-10-28T05:59:10Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/mrbeast-director-internal-communications","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/mrbeast-director-internal-communications.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-29T05:09:19Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":7958,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-30T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":678220},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=678220"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fmrbeast-director-internal-communications"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fmrbeast-director-internal-communications"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fmrbeast-director-internal-communications"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/mrbeast-director-internal-communications\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fmrbeast-director-internal-communications"}],"agent":{"mcp":"https://alion.io/mcp/jobs","mcp_open":"https://alion.io/mcp/open","next":[{"tool":"get_job","arguments":{"id":3367843}},{"tool":"search_jobs","arguments":{"company":"mrbeastyoutube.com","detail":"compact"}},{"tool":"match_people","arguments":{"job_id":3367843},"note":"people open to offers who fit this vacancy"}],"note":"The same data through MCP tools: https://alion.io/mcp/open needs no sign-in (compact searches, postings, people); https://alion.io/mcp with an Alion account has everything.
